Our mission at Don Vicente Cigar Co. is to provide you with quality
products, excellent customer service and fast shipping! If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our
warehouse within 15 days of receipt of you order for an expedited
exchange, credit, or refund.

Customer Service will be happy to process your request, authorize
your request, and provide you any specific instructions for returning
the item. No item will be accepted without prior authorization.
How the return policy works:
For cigars by the box, bundle or sampler if you try 1 cigar
and return the remainder, you will be charged the "single Cigar
Price" and the remainder will be credited back to you, less
shipping charges. Free offers included in some orders must also
be returned with the order for full credit. Please keep the original
packaging and any accessories to return with the item. Due to UPS
and USPS procedures, if you fail to return merchandise within the
given time frame, or without the prior approval, we may have to
deny credit or issue a 20% re-stocking fee. Original shipping will
be refunded only if the merchandise is defective, the wrong order
was shipped, or the order was damaged in transit.
